As i was editing the documentary for ICF, there were a few clips and shots from clips that didn't make the cut for various reasons. So, why not a more in depth vlog on Rome?
I needed a break, and i really didnt want to give up editing. When you are in the grove you don't want to get out of it. So i just slapped something together with some extra stuff I had loaded into Avid. Nothing special, just playing around. But some of my friends (especially the children's youth pastors) love it and have been sharing it. Its a bit odd and, to be totally honest, unnerving to have others start spreading you're work. And it is oh so humbling at the same time. When you do something about this; on a city, a people group, etc, it is no longer just yours. It might be my work, but it is something special to those who it involves, who's lives it represents. Guess i had better get used to it.
